Today, it has expanded into a spacious 2500 square feet training centre, featuring top-notch equipment like a 24ft Rogue rig, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, and more.
Founder Matt Gigg, a former Somerset County and Bristol football player with a passion for endurance events, has built CrossFit MPG to focus on offering challenging fitness programmes that push your limits and deliver impressive results. Alongside the physical aspect, Matt emphasises community, creating a supportive and motivating environment for members.
Andrew Cooke, another key coach at the gym, shares his extensive sports experience, particularly in hockey, to help members reach their fitness goals through CrossFit.
