FUN We believe that fitness should be enjoyable and something to look forward to. Our classes are designed to be challenging and rewarding, but also fun and engaging. We want you to leave every workout feeling accomplished and excited for the next one.
At CrossFit ISCA, we offer a range of training options to suit your needs. Our group fitness classes are specifically programmed to combine the most effective fitness methods, focusing on strength, skill, and overall fitness. These classes provide the opportunity to complete the workout of the day (WOD) with the support and motivation of your classmates.
If you prefer more personalised attention, we also offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions. These sessions allow you to work closely with a coach who will develop a training plan specifically tailored to your goals and hold you accountable throughout your fitness journey.
For those who prefer a more individualised approach, our open gym allows you to come in and use the equipment at your own pace and on your own schedule. There will always be a workout posted on the board for you to follow, or you can create your own unique programme.
After your workout, take time to recover and treat yourself. We offer on-site sports massage services to help you recover from your workouts and prevent muscle soreness. Additionally, our Isca Café is available for you to enjoy a coffee or a healthy smoothie, and we have a selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase.
