How can I get started at CrossFit Affinity?

You can begin with a free No Sweat Intro, a relaxed 15-minute chat with Owner and Head Coach Troy. Or you can jump straight into our Two Week Starter Program with two weeks of coached classes and support.

What classes do you offer?

We run CrossFit, HybridFit, CrossFit Kids & Teens, Mobility, Olympic Lifting & Gymnastics, and Pilates by Clare Lee. Each class includes coaching and support to help you train with confidence.

Do I need to already be fit to join?

You don't need to be fit to start, you just need to start. We'll meet you where you are and guide you step by step in an environment where everyone supports each other.

CrossFit Affinity in Beachlands is a CrossFit and fitness coaching gym aimed at everyday people who want to build strength, conditioning, and confidence with support. The club also runs Kids and Teens sessions, a HybridFit class focused on longer training sessions, and mobility and Olympic lifting and gymnastics classes.
