Ben here, the organiser of Crewe & Nantwich Gymnastics. Ben wants you all to know about the fantastic things happening at the centre, right in the heart of Crewe.
Crewe & Nantwich Gymnastics is more than just a state-of-the-art gym and leisure hub – it's a community space ready to help everyone explore their athletic potential. As a registered charity, the centre is all about offering a safe and inclusive environment for our local community.
The team at Crewe & Nantwich Gymnastics, led by Ben, works hard to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for all members. Whether you're just starting out or you've been flipping and somersaulting for years, there's a class for everyone. The focus is on developing skills, flexibility, and strength, helping each participant unlock their full potential.
The facility is kitted out with top-notch gymnastics gear. From balance beams and uneven bars to vaulting stations and floor exercise areas, there's everything you need for a great training session.
But it’s not just about gymnastics. Ben’s team also offers a variety of other activities and classes. For those after a bit of gentle exercise, there are chair-based classes and gentle aerobics. Active seniors have their own specially designed sessions to keep them moving. And if you're into something a bit more intense, there are personal training and circuit training classes ready to get you sweating.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking, the centre is open Monday to Friday, with extended hours on Saturdays and a shorter schedule on Sundays – fitting into any busy lifestyle.
