Phil, the organiser of Creative Aquatic, wanted to reach out to the sports community about the fantastic offerings at their shop and public swimming pool in Frome, Somerset. His goal is to foster a love for swimming and water activities among everyone.
Phil's ethos at Creative Aquatic is “Fun Swim Fun.” It's all about enjoying the water, making connections, and most importantly, having fun. By focusing on enjoyment rather than just technical skills, Phil believes swimmers naturally develop a sense of safety and a lasting love for the sport, benefiting their lives both in and out of the pool.
The pool is open for casual swimming throughout the week:
- Mondays from 7 am to 10 am, with a baby swimming session from 10 am to 11:30 am. There's also an adults-only session from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
- Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm and again from 3 pm to 8 pm.
- Fridays from 7 am to 9 am, followed by baby swimming from 9 am to 10 am.
- Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm.

Besides casual swimming, Phil also organises training sessions for both children and adults. These sessions cater to all skill levels and abilities.
