Creative Flow Class

Join Melinda Szepesi YOGA's Creative Flow class at the Langdon Down Centre every Saturday at 9AM. This class offers a unique opportunity for yogis of all levels to explore their practice and find their own rhythm on the mat. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, there's a place for you in this class.

Melinda, our passionate instructor, is dedicated to helping you reach new heights in your physical and spiritual practice. She encourages you to challenge yourself, but also respects your individual limitations. The class can be as challenging as you want it to be, allowing you to push yourself to your own personal edge.

After the invigorating practice, take some time to unwind and relax at a local coffee shop, where you can enjoy a cup of your favourite beverage. It's the perfect way to reward yourself for a job well done.

Remember to bring your own mat to the class, but if you need one, simply let Melinda know in advance, and she'll make arrangements for you. The first class is only £5, and drop-in classes are available for £12. If you're ready to commit to your yoga journey, we also offer a package of 5 classes for £50.
