Vanessa and Ashleigh's Cornwall Gymnastics Centre in Wadebridge, North Cornwall, stands out as a top destination for gymnastics enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Since 2018, this family-run, not-for-profit club has offered a welcoming and supportive environment, firmly rooted in the local community.
With a membership of 300 and a commitment to safety, all staff at the centre possess current DBS and Safeguarding certificates. New hires are meticulously screened, and every coach holds a British Gymnastics qualification. The club’s ethos is driven by Vanessa and Ashleigh's combined 25 years of competitive gymnastics experience, aiming to foster a passion for the sport and broaden access to quality gymnastics in North Cornwall.
Cornwall Gymnastics Centre benefits from a prime location near the River Camel and the A30 in the scenic market town of Wadebridge. Classes aren't just about learning gymnastics; they're about transferring these skills into everyday life, both physically and mentally. The club's mission is to help every child reach their full potential and enjoy the process in a safe and engaging environment.
For adults, the centre offers drop-in sessions every Thursday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, catering to both retired gymnasts and beginners eager to learn or maintain their skills.
Affiliated with the Cornwall Amateur Gymnastics Association, British Gymnastics Association, and South West Amateur Gymnastics Association, Cornwall Gymnastics Centre adheres to high standards and remains connected with the broader gymnastics community.
