Classes take place at the Espace Tempo in Angoulême, and it's recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for training.
Founded in 2014, Contact Combat System is a sports association focused on spreading self-defense techniques to a wide audience, initially targeting women while now open to all individuals without preference.
