Welcome to Compass Wellbeing, a fully inclusive and accessible centre located at the heart of Taunton's community. We are thrilled to announce that we are open again, operating from 10am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays. At Compass Wellbeing, we aim to provide a range of services and activities to support individuals with disabilities and their families.

Currently, we are offering exclusive use Hydropool and Sensory Room sessions, creating a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to relax and enjoy therapeutic benefits. Additionally, we host a monthly Taunton Disability Action Caf, a wonderful opportunity for individuals with disabilities and their families to connect, share experiences, and receive support.

For our youngest visitors, we have various weekly Stay and Play sessions exclusively designed for children under 5 years old. These sessions provide a fun and engaging space for children to socialise and enjoy various activities with their peers.

Our Wellbeing Caf is open to all visitors, offering a delicious range of light meals, snacks, refreshments, and confectionery. We have recently introduced a new Smoothie Menu to provide more options for our customers. Whether you prefer inside or outside seating, both options are now available for you to choose from.

We are constantly working towards expanding our activities and services, but the availability of resources and funding determine our pace of progress. We promise to update our offerings as and when we have the means to do so.

At Compass Wellbeing, we understand the importance of safety, especially during these challenging times. As such, we remain committed to limiting the spread of Coronavirus and providing a safe space for our team and customers. We have implemented various safety measures, including a stringent cleaning and sanitising regime, mandatory use of hand sanitisers, and the wearing of face coverings when necessary.

We encourage our team and customers to continue practising good hygiene and utilising the hand sanitisers regularly. Furthermore, we have also displayed our NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace QR Code, and we kindly request customers to check in via the NHS Covid-19 App or leave their details with reception if asked.

Counter service is available at our Wellbeing Caf, but we are equally happy to come to your table to take your order if you prefer. So please indicate your preference upon arrival.
