Our gym is conveniently staffed by our qualified and friendly Gym Instructors, ensuring that you receive professional guidance and support throughout your fitness journey.
At Collingwood Estate Gym, we offer a range of programmes to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our members. From Open Gym sessions, where you can design and complete your own workouts in a regular gym environment, to our Women's Only Gym sessions, staffed exclusively by female instructors, we strive to provide an inclusive and welcoming space for all individuals.
Our Open Gym sessions allow you to arrive at any time during the designated session and engage in your preferred workout routine. Our knowledgeable instructors are readily available to offer assistance and guidance if required, ensuring that you make the most out of your time at the gym.
For our female members, we offer Women's Only Gym sessions, providing a supervised and supportive environment to exercise freely and comfortably. With access to all available gym equipment, you can work towards your fitness goals with confidence and in the company of like-minded individuals.
In terms of pricing, our classes are affordably priced at $2 per class for non-members, while members and youth aged 14 to 17 years can enjoy classes free of charge. Please note that bookings are not required, and sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. So simply turn up for the session and get involved!
