Colchester Tae Kwondo, located in Colchester, United Kingdom, is a welcoming martial arts school run by Ian Luesley. Ian, a 5th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years of teaching experience, started the club in 2005 with his son. The club is family-oriented and open to everyone, offering a supportive community where men, women, and children can train together.
Beginners can join classes on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Fridays at 6:00 pm. These sessions focus on building a strong foundation in martial arts, self-defence, and fitness, while also providing a chance to make new friends.
Assistant Instructor Felipe Fleury, a 4th Degree Black Belt, adds his enthusiasm to the team. Inspired by 'Karate Kid' in 2006, Felipe has since earned numerous medals and significant achievements in Taekwondo.
At Colchester Tae Kwondo, families can benefit from a special discount - if two family members train, the third can join for free. The club promotes a friendly and engaging atmosphere, encouraging lasting friendships and personal growth through martial arts.
