The organisation's BROADREACH programme, established in 2006, provides high-quality opportunities for thousands of people each year to engage meaningfully in creative dance and interdisciplinary projects.

One of CoisCim's flagship initiatives, SPARKING DEBATE, curated by Theo Dorgan and Bridget Webster, provides a platform for over 100 young people to engage in discussions and debates, offering an antidote to polarised thinking. Additionally, The Choreography Project, led by Philip Connaughton, offers participants the opportunity to work with professional choreographers in the exploration of contemporary performance.

As an advocate for dance, CoisCim aims to increase access to, understanding of, and participation in the artform. Through innovative and pioneering activities, the organisation works to create a genuine curiosity in dance and positively influence health, wellbeing, and social responsibility.
