The studio offers a variety of classes including mixed-level Pilates, yoga, meditation, pre and post-natal classes, mum and baby classes, and baby massage classes. With a strong emphasis on proper technique and alignment, clients can expect to improve strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and posture in a safe and effective manner.
In addition to group classes, Project Revive also offers 1-1 private sessions for clients seeking personalised training and support.
