Those unable to attend in-studio sessions can still benefit from online classes, which include Pilates with and without props, Barre, Yoga, HIIT, outdoor cardio-strength/run training, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

The studio offers classes at convenient times, including Mums and bubs sessions held six days a week. Please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy at Coffs Yoga and Pilates. If a class is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the class credit is automatically returned to the member's account. However, if a class is cancelled within 24 hours, the class credit is forfeited. Additionally, discounted credit packs can be purchased for all class types and saunas, excluding workshops and massages.

These discounted credits are valid for ten weeks from the purchase date, are for individual use only, and cannot be shared with friends or family.

To prepare for classes, participants are asked to bring a mat to all sessions and workshops, excluding Reformer classes. It is also recommended to have a water bottle, as water purifiers are available on-site. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes and are available for purchase at the studio.

In addition to Pilates and yoga classes, Coffs Yoga and Pilates also offer the benefits of infrared therapy through their infrared sauna. With this sauna, individuals have complete control over their experience. They can choose from pre-set programmes that offer targeted heat intervals, customised to support specific health goals. Additionally, a custom setting allows users to select their preferred temperature and duration, providing a relaxing and personalised sauna session.

The studio uses Solocarbon heating technology, ensuring consistent and penetrating infrared heat without any cold or abrasive hot spots.
