Retreat in Goa and becoming a qualified Yoga instructor, Tamara is now a valued member of the Cobham Yoga team. With her extensive experience and knowledge, she brings a unique and well-rounded approach to her classes. Tamara is passionate about helping her students find balance and strength both on and off the mat.
Certified in a variety of styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, Tamara's classes are dynamic, challenging, and cater to all levels of experience. She combines precise alignment cues with creative sequencing to create a practise that is both physically invigorating and mentally calming. Her infectious energy and warm personality create a welcoming and supportive environment for students to explore their practise and deepen their understanding of yoga.
