Mike Morrisson, the owner and manager, has been in the fitness industry since the establishment of the gym. His in-depth knowledge and sense of humour make him a valuable asset to the team. Steve Morrisson, also an owner and manager, brings his expertise in strength and conditioning, sports training, and Olympic weightlifting to the table.

He understands the importance of catering to all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to dedicated athletes. Additionally, the team includes Dan Dickson, a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with certifications in fitness, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition. Annie Robb, another personal trainer at Coast Fitness, believes in the motto “Movement is Improvement” and is dedicated to helping her clients live longer and happier lives.
