The centre is founded by an experienced health consultant, craniosacral therapist, health counsellor, life coach, meditation instructor, and yoga instructor with over 35 years of experience in the field.

With a background in health sciences and a deep immersion in dance and movement studies, the founder has integrated multidisciplinary practises to develop a unique philosophy, science, and practise known as Bodywise. The primary focus of Bodywise Somatics is on embodied wisdom and the regulation of the nervous system to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life.

The centre offers a range of courses and workshops to support personal and professional growth. The Somatic Embodied Coaching programme provides individuals with personalised support, guidance, and resources to gain clarity, confidence, and direction in various aspects of life.
