Coastal Bliss Yoga

Teachings of Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, with Coastal Bliss Yoga. In this immersive weekend training, participants will learn to embody the wisdom of the practice, deepen their understanding, and support students. This 30-hour YA Continuing Education course is recommended for yoga teachers looking to expand their teaching or anyone interested in the transformative power of Yoga Nidra in their personal practice.

Coastal Bliss Yoga is located in the picturesque town of Tofino, offering a range of classes such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Acroyoga. The studio's schedule is thoughtfully curated, with classes led by experienced teachers such as Jenny Henderson, Steph Benton, and Amber Keith. The studio also hosts special events like the upcoming Full Moon Flow and Reflexology & Restorative Yoga for the Immune System.

At Coastal Bliss Yoga, the aim is to skilfully teach the art and science of yoga while creating an inclusive community space that supports growth, well-being, and diversity. The studio operates within the Hahuulthii of the Tla-o-qui-aht Hawiih and is an active member of the Tribal Park Allies.
