Club des Artistes

At Club des Artistes, Patrick and the team ensure fencers stay safe while mastering the basics of the sport. Our experienced coaches help develop coordination, balance, and awareness, setting a solid foundation for their fencing journey.

For junior fencers (11-16), there's an advanced training programme focusing on technique and tactics. Coaches guide them through various drills to boost their skills and tactical understanding. Participation in competitions is encouraged, with plenty of support provided to help them succeed.

Senior fencers (16+) range from experienced athletes, including some international competitors, to those new to the sport. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where fencers at all levels refine their skills and learn from each other. Club nights are full of friendly bouts followed by post-piste camaraderie over a drink.

Club des Artistes is a not-for-profit club run by passionate committee members. Registered with British Fencing, we follow their policies to ensure the safety, well-being, and diversity of all members. Membership is open to everyone, and our quarterly fee of £90 includes one-on-one coaching, equipment loan, competition access, and social opportunities with fellow fencers.

Conveniently located just off North End Road in London, our school offers a welcoming environment for all. Whether you're a seasoned fencer aiming to improve or a beginner keen to try out this exciting sport, Club des Artistes is the place for you.
