Join Nadapriya in Portugal for a healing yoga retreat experience like no other. Disconnect from everyday life to re-establish a deeper connection within. This special eco retreat centre with breathtaking views offers the perfect environment. Set in abundant nature, nestled in the mountains of Monchique, it provides the optimal conditions to fully switch off from external distractions of the modern world and immerse oneself completely.
The retreat centre is off-grid and immersed in nature, offering basic living which is incredibly grounding, yet everything is lovingly designed with comfort in mind. The whole retreat space has been carefully cultivated with solar panels to generate electricity and warm water, private outdoor showers, compost toilets, and gorgeous bell tents and handmade huts. With a menu of locally sourced and home-grown vegetarian food, every meal is a treat for the taste buds!
Weather permitting, the morning practices will be outside amongst the trees and birds singing, and the evening yin & soundbath will be indoors at the shala down the hill. Throughout the retreat, Nadapriya will guide participants through a balanced journey of yoga, meditation, chanting, and sound healing. Optional therapists will also be available for treatments. It’s important to enjoy downtime reading in a hammock. There will be an optional excursion day to the beach midweek.
To support a deeper level of inner work, the maximum group size will be 8 people, and all accommodation is single, allowing participants to choose the level of engagement that is right for them throughout the week.
