For new clients, we offer a discovery session priced at $130. This one-hour session allows individuals to have a focused, one-on-one session with one of our expert teachers. During this session, clients will gain a clear understanding of how Pilates can benefit them and receive a personalised plan to help them meet their goals. They will also receive a basic home program to get them started on their Pilates journey.
We offer one-on-one sessions priced from $100, which are perfect for individuals experiencing pain, injuries, or those in need of intensive instruction. In these sessions, clients will receive focused, personal attention and instructions from our expert teachers, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of what is happening with their bodies.
Alternatively, we offer semi-private sessions priced from $48, which are conducted in small groups with a maximum of four participants. This option is incredibly popular as it allows for individualised programming and thoughtful exercise prescription tailored specifically to each participant's needs.
To provide more flexibility and convenience, we also provide clinical Pilates packages for both one-on-one and semi-private sessions. The one-on-one session package includes 10 sessions priced at $1160 or 6 sessions priced at $735. The semi-private session package includes 10 sessions priced at $600 or 6 sessions priced at $408.
