

Is there a contract or long-term commitment? No. We do not require any long-term commitment or contracts. Students are free to attend classes as often as they wish.
Is there an age limit to join? We accept students from the age of 6 upwards. Children, teenagers, and adults are all welcome to train with us. Parents of students are also welcome to join in the classes.
When and where do classes take place? Classes take place on Monday nights from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Yeo Moor Primary School, Kennaway Road, Clevedon, North Somerset. For those who feel that 9:00 pm may be too late for their child, there is an option to leave at 8:30 pm.
What is the cost of a lesson? The first lesson is absolutely free, allowing potential students to come and try out our classes without any financial commitment. After that, payment is made per session attended.
What is Tang Soo Do? Tang Soo Do is a classical Korean martial art that focuses on self-defence and the development of a student's character. It is a blend of “hard” strikes and kicks and “soft” blocking and countering moves. The art combines elements from Karate, Chinese martial arts, and Taekkyeon.
Who is the chief instructor? The chief instructor of Clevedon Tang Soo Do is Grandmaster Fred Adams, who has dedicated over 30 years of his life to teaching and promoting this martial art.
