The school offers a variety of classes catering to different age groups and skill levels. In Nailsea, adult classes are held on Tuesdays from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while Teiann's TKD Tigers classes (age 4-7) take place on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM. Children and parents classes are also offered on Wednesdays from 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM. In addition, there is a family class for ages 6 and up on Fridays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by a senior class from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
For those in Yatton, the school offers Teiann's TKD Tigers classes for ages 4-7 on Tuesdays from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM. Children's classes are held from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by adult classes from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. On Thursdays, Teiann's TKD Tigers classes take place from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM, with children's classes for ages 5-12 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and adult classes from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In Chew Valley, the school offers Teiann's TKD Tigers classes for ages 4-7 on Mondays from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM. All ages beginner classes are held from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, while all ages senior grades classes are scheduled from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Additionally, there is a family/junior class on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by an adult/senior class from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
