If you're interested in learning to sail, our Learn-to-Sail course is the perfect opportunity. Following the programme developed by Yachting New Zealand, this course is suitable for young sailors aged 9 and above. With limited spaces available, be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.
For those who are already experienced sailors, our sailing programme is packed with events that run every weekend over the summer months. Our main class racing involves Windrush 14 ft Catamarans, and we provide spare Cats for our members to use. Don't miss our annual Club to Pub and Club to Vineyard events, which are always a highlight of the season.
Looking for a unique adventure? Our Sailing Camp is a fantastic opportunity to sail from Clarks Beach Yacht Club to the shores of the Awhitu Peninsula. You can camp overnight and then sail back to the clubhouse, creating memories that will last a lifetime. This weekend getaway is suitable for the whole family, offering fun and excitement for everyone.
Even during the off-season, we have plenty to offer with our Wind Warriors programme. Join us in Remote Control Sailing Yacht Races every Sunday afternoon at a local lake. It's a great way to stay connected with the sailing community and enjoy some friendly competition.
