Claire has completed several enlightening training courses, including Modules I and II of Jason Crandell's Advanced Teacher Training.
She has also undergone training in “Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing” and “Managing and Preventing Injuries in Yoga”. Through these courses, Claire has gained a deeper understanding of the impact of our Western way of life on the physical body and is dedicated to helping individuals find balance and prevent injuries through her teaching.
