Claire's passion for helping her clients stems from her own personal experiences with injury and pain. She has dealt with a recurring back injury in her twenties and an injured shoulder from snowboarding. These experiences have given her a unique understanding of the frustration and limitations that come with chronic pain. Claire has dedicated herself to finding effective ways to manage her own pain and restriction, allowing her to live life to the fullest.

She now uses her knowledge and experience to help her clients do the same.

In addition to her background in physiotherapy, Claire is also a certified Pilates teacher. She initially pursued Pilates as a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing. However, she soon realised that combining manual therapy with Pilates was the most effective way to address joint, muscle, and fascial restriction. Claire has also added dry needling, a form of acupuncture, to her toolkit, finding it to be a quick and effective tool for treating fascia and muscle.

Claire's practise focuses on providing individualised care to her clients. She offers 60-minute consultations, allowing ample time to address the root cause of the issue and develop a personalised treatment plan. This combination of manual therapy, movement correction, and specific home exercises has proven to be successful in helping clients overcome pain and return to their favourite activities.
