We are proud members of the All Anglia Karate Association, offering a range of complete beginner, intermediate, and advanced martial arts classes in Attleborough. We also have locations in Whittlesford, West Wickham, and Saffron Walden. Our classes focus on traditional karate, which includes elements of ju-jitsu, judo, kickboxing, boxing, and real working street style self-defence, all taught by knowledgeable instructors.
We have a strong interest in competition karate and have world silver medallists from the World Championships in Brazil in 2019, along with many national, regional, and local gold medallists. Our syllabus has been developed over 22 years of teaching experience, incorporating moves and combinations that are effective in both street situations and on the mat.
