Cherwell. Yoga in Banbury welcomes all sports players looking to explore yoga with Simon Kimberley. Simon, who’s been practising yoga for eight years, offers classes for all skill levels. Certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals, he prioritises safety and inclusivity in every session.
Join Simon on Monday mornings (09:30 to 10:30) and Thursday mornings (09:30 to 10:30) at Bloxham Ex-Servicemen's Village Hall. There’s also a Vinyasa Flow class on Wednesday evenings (19:30 to 20:30).
