Marzia, the owner and instructor at Cherry Yoga UK, encountered yoga in 2015 and immediately resonated with the practice. Inspired by her passion, she pursued yoga teacher training and has been teaching since January 2016. Marzia is an Experienced Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, having completed over 2,000 hours of teaching and training.
At Cherry Yoga UK, you can experience various benefits from practising yoga. Through community yoga classes, you can meet new friends and create connections in a safe and welcoming environment. Yoga enhances your physical and mental health through breathwork, meditation, exercise, and therapy techniques. It also improves stamina, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
