Fancy something different? Meet Geoff Skiggs and get stuck into Ki Aikido at the Cheltenham & Gloucester Ki Aikido club. Ki Aikido’s all about staying relaxed, keeping calm, building confidence, and being mindful – perfect for both physical and mental growth.
Geoff, who heads up the club, has been smashing it in Aikido for 31 years and has a solid Karate background too. He’s got classes for everyone – whether you’re an adult or a teen (14+), starting out or levelling up.
Classes are every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 9 PM at Uckington and Elmstone Hardwicke Village Hall.
The club isn't just about weekly sessions. They dive deep with courses and seminars, letting you soak up all the Aikido know-how and philosophy. They’re all about giving you the full package when it comes to training.
They’re backed by the Ki Federation of Great Britain, with top-notch guidance from Sensei K. Williams, who’s made learning Aikido smooth and straightforward.
Keen to join? You’ve got to stick to the federation's rules and pay the annual membership fee. Details are on their website.
Head over to the club’s site and give them a follow on social media. They’ve got loads of videos, testimonials, and photos that show off what they’re all about.
Geoff and the crew are excited to welcome everyone – whatever your age or skill level – to join their Ki Aikido community and start a fantastic journey of personal growth.
