Chelmsford Gymnastics Club is a registered charitable organisation, with any surplus funds used for coaching courses, exams, competition entry fees, and equipment. The club also operates a proficiency badge system to help recreational gymnasts develop their core foundations within the sport.

The club's coaching team consists of Julie Belemore as the Director, Michelle Carroll as the Women's Artistic Coach and Associate Director, Kirsty Davies as a Women's Artistic Coach, Stacey Revill as a General Gymnastics Coach, Sam Roberts as a Women's Artistic Coach, Tim Boon as a Women's Artistic Coach, and Tom Rhodes as a Men's Artistic Coach.

Located at Unit 13 Tattersall Way, Widford Industrial Estate, Chelmsford, CM1 3UB, Chelmsford Gymnastics Club can be easily accessed by car, bike, or foot. Pedestrians can use steps opposite the VW dealer to cut through from Westway to Tattersall Way, while cyclists can utilise the pavement alongside Westway, which also doubles as a cycle path.
