Chase Shotokan Karate Clubs, run by Neil Mann, brings top-notch karate training to Bournemouth, Poole, and Verwood. Neil, a 6th Dan Black Belt and ex-military personal trainer, has been teaching since 1981 and knows how to make everyone—from beginners to seasoned pros—feel welcome.
First-time members get the first two classes for free, a great chance to see what karate can do for you. Training slots are Wednesday evenings in Bournemouth, Friday and Saturday evenings in Verwood, and Sunday evenings in Poole.
Neil offers personal training and self-defence sessions, with prices starting at £30 per hour, and there are discounts for booking packages of 10 sessions. For group self-defence, he also runs a two-hour course for up to 20 people at £200.
