Located in Montreal, Centre Ganga Yoga is a well-established studio that has been offering yoga classes and teacher training courses for over 20 years. Founded by Vronique Jean, the studio is dedicated to upholding the integrity and purity of the eight limbs of yoga. Recognized by Revenu Qubec and Revenu Canada, the studio's courses are also accredited by the Fdration Francophone de Yoga, making them valid worldwide.
Centre Ganga Yoga operates two locations for your convenience, one in the east of Montreal on 8690A Hochelaga Street, and another in Saint-Calixte in Lanaudire. In addition to regular classes, the studio also offers workshops, retreats, and rejuvenation days in the countryside. At the Saint-Calixte location, secluded meditation sanctuaries in the woods provide a peaceful space for solo reflection and silent practice of yoga and meditation.
