His passion for weight training and the impact it had on his physical and mental well-being led him to pursue a degree in BSc Health & Exercise Science from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, which he completed in 2017. Since then, Cerith has continued to expand his knowledge through various qualifications and certifications to provide his clients with the most effective research-based strategies.
