Whether you prefer one-on-one training or small group sessions, CAW Fitness has you covered. The small group training sessions, limited to 4–5 people, are customised to each client's specific goals and fitness level. This allows for individualised attention and a supportive group dynamic.

Couples training is also available at CAW Fitness, providing an opportunity for couples to work out together and support each other on their fitness journeys. Carly creates tailored programmes for couples that are both challenging and enjoyable, ensuring that they achieve their fitness goals together.

The gym at CAW Fitness is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of fitness needs. Carly regularly updates the training programmes, keeping them fresh and challenging. The indoor and outdoor facilities are utilised to provide diverse and engaging workouts.
