Join the Cat Cow tree-arms-above-head Yoga Classes at Snow Gum Yoga and Meditation Studio or at Rhythm Snowsports Store in Cooma. You can even join us from anywhere through our live-streaming classes via Zoom. We've got a variety of class options throughout the week to cater to your schedule and preferences!
Mondays are packed with classes starting at 9.30am, 6pm, and Early Yoga at 6am and Yin at 9.15am. Can't make it to the studio? No worries! We've got online classes available for the Monday 9.30am, Monday 6pm, Tuesday 6.30pm, and Thursday Early Yoga at 6am and Yin at 9.15am. Just follow the link provided to access the online sessions.
On Mondays, you can join our General flow yoga class from 9.30am to 10.30am either at the studio or through Zoom. If you prefer a gentler pace, we also offer a Flow yoga class from 11am to 12noon exclusively at the studio. Another General flow yoga class is available on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm, giving you the option to join us either online or in-person.
Tuesdays bring you another General flow yoga class from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, which can be attended either at the studio or through Zoom. Looking for something different? Try our Chair Yoga on Wednesdays from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at Rhythm Snowsports. Getting there is a breeze, just head to the back carpark. And for the blokes out there, we've got a special Blokes Yoga session at Rhythm Snowsports on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm.
Kickstart your Thursday with our Early morning active flow class from 6.30am to 7.15am. You can choose to join us at the studio or through Zoom. Later in the morning, our Yin Yoga class takes place from 9.15am to 10.30am, giving you the flexibility to join in-person or online.
Our fees are affordable, with a single class costing $15.00 AUD and a 10 class card for $135.00 AUD. We also offer multi-class cards that can be used both online and in-person at the Yoga Room. In addition to yoga classes, we also have Mindfulness/Meditation classes available, and no experience is necessary. The pricing and payment options for these classes are the same as our yoga classes.
