Casa Del Comps is the largest Spanish dance school in Western Australia, located in Bibra Lake. The name translates to “house of the beat” and reflects the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the studio. Established in 2005, Casa Del Comps offers flamenco dance classes for all ages and levels.
At Casa Del Comps, students have the opportunity to participate in various events and performances. The studio hosts regular social events and performances, bringing people together to enjoy the beauty and richness of flamenco. Students can also participate in studio showings or “tablao” evenings, showcasing their skills to an audience. Every two years, the school holds a concert, providing a platform for students to perform.
In addition, Casa Del Comps often hosts intensive flamenco workshops with national and international guest artists, allowing students to learn from industry professionals.

One of the unique classes offered at Casa Del Comps is Barefoot Flamenco in Studio and at the Beach. This class allows students to kick off their shoes and enjoy a flowing class set to beautiful music. The class incorporates upper body flamenco technique, short combinations, body percussion, stretching, and more. Weather permitting, the studio also runs Saturday morning classes at South Beach in South Fremantle, providing a unique experience by the beach.
For beginners, Casa Del Comps offers an introductory class that covers the fundamentals of flamenco dance. Students will learn about alignment, upper body technique, footwork basics, clapping techniques, and rhythms. The class ends with a fun choreography, allowing beginners to put their newfound skills into practise.
