Carshalton Pilates is located at the Church of the Good Shepherd on Queen Mary's Avenue in Carshalton, Surrey. There is ample free off-street parking available for participants. The studio offers various class times throughout the week, including specialist bone health classes and one-on-one sessions.
The prices for Carshalton Pilates classes are as follows: 40 per month for one class a week (four classes in total), and 64 per month for two classes a week (eight classes in total). Specialist classes, limited to six people, are priced at 15 per class. One-on-one sessions are available at 45 per hour. Payment is due at the beginning of each month.
