The Cairns Netball Summer Season is set to kick off on October 9th and run until November 20th, offering a fantastic opportunity for players of all ages to get involved. With divisions catering to Juniors, Senior Women, Senior Men, Junior Mixed, and Senior Mixed, there's something for everyone at Cairns Netball Association. Wednesday evenings will be filled with competitive games, leading up to the Finals on November 20th.
To join in the fun, new players can sign up individually, while teams can register using the New Team Registration Form. Division fees range from 10U to Senior 1 & 2 and Junior Mixed & Senior Mixed, with additional club fees applying. It's important to familiarise yourself with the Australian Netball Rule Book, as Summer games will follow these guidelines.
During the games, teams must nominate a team umpire and ensure that scoresheets are collected and returned promptly. Uniform regulations, including matching netball attire and short nails, must be adhered to for fair play.
