Sip on a cup of our award-winning Dark Woods coffee and savour delicious pastries, cakes, and brownies, or indulge in a nutritious meal with our selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and savoury bites. You can choose to enjoy your treats inside the café or bask in the tranquilly of our Peace Garden.
At Cafe Yoga, we believe in the power of movement and offer a variety of yoga classes suitable for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find the perfect class to suit your needs. Our classes include Yoga for Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga to Relax & Unwind, and Yoga to Stretch & Reset. You can purchase a single class for 14 or opt for a class pass for better value.
With the pass, you have the flexibility to mix and match classes and book sessions throughout the year.
In addition to our yoga classes, Café Yoga hosts a range of creative workshops and performance events to stimulate your creativity and enhance your sense of well-being. From watercolour painting to sound baths and wreath making, our ever-evolving calendar of events offers something for everyone.
