Caboolture Football Club

Caboolture Football Club, also known as Caboolture Sports Football Club (CSFC), is a prominent soccer club and sports complex located in Burpengary, Australia. With over 900 player members and 2,300 active supporters, the club has established itself as a key focal point for football in the Moreton Bay region. The club participates in the Football Brisbane competition alongside 77 other clubs, totalling close to 30,000 players.

Founded over 50 years ago, Caboolture Sports Football Club has a rich history in the local community. The club prides itself on its commitment to community involvement and giving back. In 2019, CSFC moved into its own state-of-the-art facility, which was built at a cost of millions of dollars. This new facility is regarded as world-class and provides an excellent environment for players, coaches, and supporters.

At CSFC, there is a strong emphasis on passion and development. The club is constantly growing, with a 15% increase in membership each year. This growth is a testament to the club's dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels and ages.

The club's technical staff includes highly qualified coaches and professionals who ensure the development and success of the teams. The head coach of the first team is Paul Arnison, who holds a Football Australia B Licence. He is supported by assistant coach Steve Harrison and manager Gary Tarr. The U23 team is led by head coach Mark Boyd, who holds a Football Australia A Licence, and overseen by manager Gary Tarr.

The club also has a physiotherapist, Nathan Ashby, from PRP Physiotherapy, and a strength and conditioning coach, Sam Emes, from World Gym Burpengary.

CSFC's achievements include being crowned FQPL2 leadings and gaining promotion in 2022. The club dedicates this title to Russ Standish, a beloved club legend who tragically passed away. The success and progress of the club reflect the dedication and hard work of everyone involved, from the players to the coaching staff.

In addition to its competitive teams, CSFC also offers opportunities for women's football. The club is currently accepting expressions of interest for its FQPL2 Senior's and U23's women's sides. The club prioritises passion and commitment, and players have the chance to develop their skills within a fantastic club environment. For younger players, CSFC offers a comprehensive junior programme. The club holds a Muster Day where teams are formed, coaches are selected, and training sessions are scheduled. It is important for players to register in their respective age groups, following the guidelines of the club and Football Queensland (FQ). Special team requests can be made to the Technical Department and General Manager.

The club also holds a “come and try” morning for new players who want to experience the coaching team before committing to joining.
