Cabana Yoga is a serene and welcoming studio located in the heart of the Laurentian mountains in Sainte-Adle, Quebec. The studio was founded by Sophie Cabana, a passionate yoga practitioner and meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience. Sophie's journey with yoga began after a life-changing accident in 2015, which led her to discover the powerful healing properties of Kundalini and Yanumoja yoga.
