Bag work and sparringyouth will have the opportunity to practice what they have learned on the heavy bags and participate in controlled sparring sessions under the supervision of the coaches.
Cooldown and stretchingto finish off the class, the coaches will lead the group through a series of stretches to help prevent injury and promote recovery.
Facilities The Burrows Resource Centre is equipped with a fully functional boxing gym including heavy bags, speed bags, a full-sized boxing ring, and a variety of fitness equipment. The facility also has a study area with desks, chairs, and access to educational resources for youth members.
