The Baby Massage classes offered at Bump Baby & Me provide a wonderful opportunity for mums to bond with their babies through the ancient and loving art of massage. This class helps both mum and baby adjust to their new life together and build a strong bond.

For mums looking to rebuild their strength, mobility, and fitness levels postpartum, MumFit courses are available at Bump Baby & Me. These courses, in collaboration with women's health experts and Performance Therapy Ireland, aim to help mums regain their strength and fitness in a safe and effective way.

Kathy also hosts Empowering Parents Workshops, where relevant professionals share their knowledge and experience with parents, empowering them to feel prepared and confident on their parenting journey.
