Emma’s vision, Buddhas Kitchen, is right in the heart of Launceston and it’s where sports enthusiasts come to refuel and recharge. Step inside and get greeted by Emma's passionate team, always ready to amp up your day.
With a menu stacked with healthy, plant-based meals, Buddhas Kitchen has something for every kind of fitness fanatic. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just keen to eat clean, you'll find buddha bowls bursting with colour and flavour, and vegan pastries that hit the spot.
But it’s not just about the food. Emma's got you covered with wellness services too—think meditation sessions, yoga classes, and a wellness centre to keep you balanced on and off the field. Whether you’re a yoga master or just curious, the experienced instructors will guide you to peak performance and mindfulness.
Catch Buddhas Kitchen from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday. On Saturdays, they’re open from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Take note, they’re closed Sundays and Mondays—everyone needs a rest day, right?
