SGT, or small group training, is a concept similar to personal training. However, instead of the typical 1:1 ratio found in personal training, SGT at Bsc. Health and Fitness generally has a ratio of 8–10 members to 1 coach. This allows them to deliver the same high level of coaching in a larger group environment, making it more enjoyable for their community and more affordable than 1:1 personal training.
