At our Serenity Treatment Room, we offer a range of therapies and treatments provided by experienced and qualified therapists. Whether you're looking for holistic or complementary treatments, our treatment room provides a safe haven for relaxation, tranquilly, and comfort.
The Basement at Brook Street Centre is a space designed to take you beyond your imagination in terms of personal fitness. It provides a place for individuals to work out alone or in small groups, offering functional training at its best. Our aim is to help you become the best version of yourself through diligent exercise and dedication.
We offer a diverse array of activities and classes to cater to different interests and fitness levels. My Kind of Yoga is a class that focuses on self-care, mindfulness, and respecting oneself while allowing individuals to move their bodies in a way that feels right for them. Modern Pilates, derived from the original work of Joseph Pilates, focuses on improving stability, postural alignment, flexibility, and mobility. Additionally, we offer step and dance classes for all abilities, including Athletic Step, Dance Fitness, and Body Sculpt.
Our team at Brook Street Centre consists of passionate and experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Jenny Owen, our yoga instructor, has been teaching fitness for nearly ten years and brings fun into every class. Bev Laird, a LES MILLS instructor, has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, while Tracey Torrible is a fully qualified Clinical Pilates Practitioner with 35 years of experience. Laura Latham is another pilates instructor at our centre who is passionate about fitness and the positive impact it brings to the community.
