Brockenhurst Bowling Club

Brockenhurst Bowling Club is a private members mixed Bowls club located in the picturesque village of Brockenhurst, nestled deep in the New Forest of New Zealand. The club is run and maintained on a voluntary basis, with dedicated members working hard to ensure the greens and premises are in top shape.

Situated in an open village with no barriers to the animals of the forest, visitors to the club can expect to encounter Ponies, Donkies, and even Highland Cattle during the summer months, as they are drawn to the area. To ensure the safety of both members and animals, the club ensures that its gate is always closed.

To find Brockenhurst Bowling Club, head to the end of the Brookley Road car park, part of which is reserved for the club. It's important to note that Google does not recognise the car park, but its entrance can be found between 52 and 54 Brookley Rd, next to Fibbards Rd, directly opposite Tesco.

The men's teams at Brockenhurst Bowling Club participate in the Southampton and District Division 2, Combination Triples 3 leagues, as well as the New Forest BA Divisions 2 and 4. The ladies, on the other hand, compete in the New Forest WBA 'A' League. The bowling season runs from late April until late September, offering plenty of opportunities for both competitive and friendly games.

For those who have a more competitive nature, there are league teams available, as well as affiliations to the New Forest, Hampshire, and National competitions.
