The Bristol Met Mambas is an all-girls basketball club situated in Bristol. Lucy founded the club with a vision to elevate the profile of girls' basketball in the South West of England. Her main goal is to support the development of girls who have dreams of playing at the National League level.

At Bristol Met Mambas, they have a talent progression pathway for girls aged from under 12s to under 18s. The club is affiliated with Bristol Met Academy and works closely with local schools to spot budding talent. For girls playing at the National Schools Championship level, the club provides opportunities to progress to National League teams, aiming to promote equal and inclusive participation in the sport.

The club's philosophy, “Hustle with Heart,” really sets them apart. This approach reflects their commitment to helping every player reach their potential while building confidence and self-esteem in a fun and safe environment.
