To book a place in the classes, individuals are encouraged to contact the centre or Jackie directly. Places are limited, so it is advisable to reserve a spot in advance. Participants are recommended to bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat if they have one (otherwise, a towel can be provided), and wear comfortable stretchy clothing.
